BOXING/KICKBOXING CARDIO BASED CIRCUIT CLASS

DESCRIPTION: Jump into our energizing Cardio Kickboxing class coached by Justin Bush, where you'll punch, kick, and move your way through a fun and challenging workout. With a circuit of 10 stations, you'll experience a variety of kickboxing techniques, both on and off the bags. We spice things up by including special stations focused on boosting your cardio and stamina. It's the perfect way to get fit and have a blast!

LOCATION: The bottom floor of the gym, or as we call it, the basement.
